A stored workflow, not a computed one. Denied is a real terminal state — not a tick nobody got round to.
The problem
The permit is “in review”. Since when?
Entitlements are where schedules die, and their status usually lives in an inbox — a forwarded note from the expediter, three weeks old, that nobody has replaced because nobody knows it is stale.
Groundbreak tracks every approval as its own item, with a real status, the date it last changed, and the discipline responsible. When something has been sitting too long, the product says so rather than waiting to be asked.
What it does
Approvals, tracked like they matter.
Four things a forwarded email cannot do.

Terminal.
Measured from the last status change, which is the only timestamp there is. There is no per-stage history, so the product does not claim to know how long a review takes.

Notes
The dependency link is real here and only here — milestones are ordered and dated, but do not depend on one another.
See it in the product.
A project whose approvals are not going smoothly — which is when this screen earns its place.

One denial takes the whole project to Blocked. An item flagged stalled with the authority, another waiting on an approval that has not come through, and the dependency saying so in the row itself.
See the blocker before it blocks you.
Every approval your project needs, the status it is actually in, and the ones that have been sitting too long.
